If Miami doesn't get serious and leave the ACC and hire a real coach this is what you get every year.

Why does anyone think we will get better refs anywhere else?

But yeah the cavemen in charge just can’t get out of their own way. It’s year 4. This is what they are and it’s not changing.

Leave for what? Without a coaching change for the better it would be even more embarrassing in the B1G or SEC.

Early part of the season showed Miami could still field a team that was competitive for a national title. The problem is the more games you play, the more tape there is. And good coaches adjust to maintain an edge. Beck was exposed again as easy to trick into throwing INTs and Cristobal teams are notoriously undisciplined. Anyone who watched UGA knew this was inevitable with Beck. And Cristobal teams always underperform. So Cristobal gave me hope- program isn’t dead we just have terrible coaches (again).

Mario builds a good team but does literally nothing throughout the season to evolve. It’s the same gameplan from game 1 through the end of the season, which is why his teams historically limp through the 2nd half of seasons. I mean, it’s not even a question at this point as to why there is a November slump. The game tape is out, opposing coaching know exactly what we are doing. He also has zero killer instinct, coaches like a coward and his gameplan is to shorten games as if his team was an underdog every game.
