The situation this administration has created is extremely unfortunate. Five straight years of this without any changes will cause overwhelming toxicity at any school with a history of winning. Miami fans will be vilified for their hateful rhetoric towards an inept head coach, but any fan base that's even remotely passionate about its program would react the exact same way in this situation.

It's just that other universities have decision makers who legitimately care about football and would never allow a situation to become this toxic. They would take swift action.
