Potential coaching changes

We are just a sorry i institution with a sorry administration with a sorry athletic department.

I dont anticipate any changes either. Miami will "let things play out" until it bottoms out, its Miami's style. I'll watch other programs next year, because its hard for me to watch this program die.

We've lost 3+ games for 15 straight years. Quit acting as though we're somehow on a decline.

That was with coaches on half the salary that Richt gets.

That's irrelevant. We're not talking about whether or not Richt is a good coach. That poster said it's hard to watch the program die. If you think this season is some kind of debacle, then you just weren't watching since 2001.

Yeah, I am sort of here too. I think we are still living in 2001 World. We are just not a very good program.
I think the difference is when we were losing like we were in the recent past, the HC wasn't making 4 million dollars a year,, nor were we shelling out the resources like we are right now.

Imagine for example if UM had not been cheap and had allowed Randy Shannon to hire Kevin Sumlin for OC like he wanted instead of the sorry jokers he ended up with.

The University decided to finally shell out money foor facilities and coordinators and a HC, and the results are about the same.

Exactly. We have been mediocre for 15 years regardless of who the coach was.

I agree, but that sort of wasn't the point. The point was that we have been the same the past 15 years and thus, we are not now experiencing a decline as it were.

That’s because the people hired were the mistakes. Where are the proven position coaches

Shannon wanted to hire Kevin Sumlin and UM blocked it?
