We are now taking questions for the CanesInsight Youtube show that will be broadcast on Sunday night. For those of you that have read the in-season mailbags, you know that nothing is off limits. Same goes for the Youtube mailbag. However, the only difference is that we can't guarantee all questions will be answered due to time constraints. Those questions that aren't answered on the show, we will post a written mail bag next week.

Current team, teams of yesteryear, recruiting, anything goes. What you got???

What can we reasonably expect as a standard for a successful season this year? Can the season be successful without redeeming ourselves after the 2020 loss to UNC?

A lot of rumors/speculation about Shoop basically being the DC-in-waiting for 2022. Any smoke there?
Related question: Did Manny resume defensive playcalling as a stop-gap measure for this season (because he couldn't get his top choice), or should we expect that to be the status-quo going forward if the defense improves this season with Manny calling the plays?

Is Manny capable of evolving his Defense?? It's one thing to takeover as DC and call plays but does that mean he's really willing to allow Shoop to point out what's wrong in the scheme and fix it??
That's assuming of course that Manny feels that there is anything wrong besides playcalling.....

A good topic would be Rhett Lashlee's reliance on the inside zone run schemes and how UM needs both improved guard/center run production in 2021.

An also how Miami's offensive guard recruiting needs to improve, if the inside zone running scheme is going to work.

Go Canes

How does Manny and Co balance the lack of proven production at the end position? What strategy might serve Miami best this upcoming year?
