Problem is the HC still calls the plays there, good article but probably not what we need at this point.

second thought H.Freeze , doing his time in purgatory at the moment, need to enter the modern age of football.

We can wish all we want...

Would anyone decent, up their family across the country to come and coach for a "dead man walking"" HC???

At Miami we need a coach with a lot more experience. The guy the op is suggesting has only been an OC for 1 year and will have a hard time garnering respect from top alpha male types recruits and their families.

Go Canes

Well he hired his son, Hartley, Banda, Rumph, and Patke with a combined 0 years of experience at their position. Would be hypocritical

Up and coming smart guy who knows how to run an offense? Sure but at the end of the day, you think Richt is going to completely hand over playcalling to a 28 year old and possibly alienate brown at the same time? No way Richt makes those kinds of moves. This move only works if brown and Richt are completely removed from all playcalling duties and that ain’t happening

I am talking about a coordinator will need a boat load of experience for Richt to hand over the keys.

This is probably true. Don’t see it happening regardless. No way Richt removes the titles from Dugans and Brown and sends his son packing along with his grandkids. He’s more open to losing and being fired than not being able to see his son and grandkids whenever he wants.

Id be stunned if Richt actually brought on someone that wouldnt basically be his puppet to run his 30 year old plays

Richt is here to call plays and prove to UGA his antiquated system works....I’m not looking for any changes unless Flake grows a set or is directed by the BOT to make them.

Flake won’t grow a set and I doubt the BOT will get directly involved..jmo
