Hopefully his indiscretions disqualify him. Don't need low character guys around this program. #Faithful #Loyalty

This makes a lot of sense. Major plucking an apple on the side did draw some scrutiny. With the way the NCAA scrutinizes EVERYTHING the U does, it's a good thing they're vetting all candidate for any position to the nth degree.

Bigger the scumbag the better. Just look at Urban Myer and Saban. Rest my case. Need bagmen and when that does not work the Miami Moffia to make them go or else.

Smart move by Manny. Make him sweat a little. Good way to get Lieutenant Applesauce on a 1-2 yr, incentive-based contract with a cheap buyout. If he sucks next year, give him the axe and get someone better.

Whenever CIS turns into the conspiracy theory act of the show, you know this is down in flames. It happens every year in recruiting: "so and so is just blowing smoke so they can sign last minute because he wants to do x y and z first." if a national person isn't confirming or reporting, it's likely not true

Not sure I buy that.

Why even consider him a candidate if you’re this concerned (I guess) with his past indiscretions.

you'd already have that vetted. doubt manny is just sitting there saying oh **** lets look into this now

Was never terminated. It was with a student though but I guess since he wasn't her instructor or coach it met university guidelines for consensual sexual relationships between staff and students. Still need to cover it and make sure it was a one time mistake and not a pattern.
