Positives
- a dub is a dub.
- King stays balling
- Wiggins had a nice day though he's still just absurdly weak at the catch point and could've done even better if he came up with one or two of those contested balls
- Te'Cory Couch was a dog out there. Deserves a shout out of his own.
- Phillips, Frierson, Nesta all had strong days.
- Special teams (fake field goal aside). Hedley and Borregales are both absolute money.
- Felt like the defense spent much more time in the backfield than in the past few weeks. Gave up some big plays too, but I'll take it.
- Good resilience by the team after going down early and knowing we were missing some key players. They never quit, you can say that for em.

Negatives
- Defensive fundamentals are flat-out bad. This is an incredibly poor tackling team. At least 2 or 3 3rd-and-long conversions that had no business happening because we missed easy tackles. Runs going longer than they should have. etc etc.
- We still don't get pressure with the front 4 like we have in past years. Obviously this is just a personnel issue- missed JHH today, and hopefully as our young guys on the DL grow we can keep stacking talent there.
- The fake field goal was stupid.
- Trying to pass to Zion Nelson on a 2pt conversion was *unbelievably* stupid.
- Lashlee sometimes has these stretches of completely bewildering playcalling that kills drives, and for whatever reason he had a bunch of them today. The consecutive runs up the middle, the rollouts and drop-back passing that kept getting King killed, etc. We should have been able to close this came out after Te'Cory's interception and then again after the next punt if we could manage even a single first down. Rough stuff from the offense down the stretch.
- DJ Scaife was a human turnstile today. Just mind-bogglingly awful. I don't understand it, the dude's never been a star obviously but he's also never been as bad as he's been this year, and today was probably his worst game yet.
- LB play is still horrible, but what else is new.
- Penalties continue to be BY FAR the most frustrating issue with this team. There were some iffy calls (that PI which definitely wasn't) but when you have Bolden blasting a guy 20 yards downfield as we're getting a huge sack, that's some of the dumbest **** I've ever seen. This has been a consistent nightmare which absolutely has to get fixed.
