I was thinking what positive thought I could take away from the FAMU game and really like has been said by many people smarter than me, it was just FAMU. Its over, lets move on.

But then I did notice something when rewatching the game. Brad Kaaya might be the goods at a later date but he is not right now. If only we had a Senior QB that has been around this system for a few years and would allow Coley to open up the play book and stop coaching scared. Oh wait, we do. Ryan Williams.

When Williams went down I was on board with a lot of you in thinking, "just start Kaaya the entire year and lets take our lumps" I am off that train and fast. We cannot afford for this team to go 6-6. There are just too many recruits on the line and the fanbase is already a mess. Its like Republicans and Democrats, we are all Americans but we all hate each other. The University of Miami football team needs Ryan Williams to be back by Nebraska (at least Duke) and take the reigns of this team. If there is a divide in the locker room, he will squash it because he is the senior leader everyone in the locker room wanted under center.

Without a doubt in my mind Brad Kaaya starting cost us the Louisvile game. (not him as a person and QB 100% but all the factors that went into him starting; playcalling, gameplanning, etc...)

I wont get into all the coaching hoopla in this thread, but I will say if Golden and Co. are going out, I want them going out with the best players on the field. I want it to be said "we lost 4 games with Ryan Williams at QB and a team unified". I don't want more excuses.

Kaaya getting this playing time will be amazing for him next year, you cant take that away from him.

Lets hope Williams can come in and be the guy we need. That's why the QB position is this weeks positive thought. Because there is hope in Ryan Williams
