Halfway mark I think 7 wins is a generous outlook. What are your grades so far this season?

QB B- TVD is good enough but limited

RB C+ no explosion or big plays

WR B improved but not great

OL B grade slowly creeping down

TE D non existent in passing game and 8th year senior not as great vs P5

DE B- not what I would like out of group Bain helps grade tremendously

DT C- could have used more help

LB C+ Kiko and what?

FS C- Rarely in the right position

SS C Slow but helpful at times

CB C- Wish we played more BCU level teams

STAR B- Couch can blitz with the best of them

Again, TVD’s girlfriend wrote this post! TVD a B, please!

He has spurts and games where he looks like a big time QB. I can't ignore Texas AM and those G5 games. The biggest issue is we have no where to turn and no one to challenge for playing time. And it was a B- let me live.

RBs were disappointing. There were a couple of plays that, with a burst, they could have broken off a big gain. Instead, they were caught behind the line. They don't seem to have evasiveness and acceleration.

good job. i do think there's talent that hasn't been playing much at RB/WR/LB/CB that could up those position grades by the end of the year. hopefully a silver lining out of these two losses, is the coaches realize fantasies about "playoff, bro, acc champs bro," were just that and give some guys who have more physical talent some more opportunities.

rb: ajay allen & chris johnson (ajay obviously needs to commit to pass protection or he's not gonna play, imagine that's an issue for c.johnson too)
wr: brashard & ray ray
lb: the youngins over keontra and flagg please
cb: elder brown and richards

Young guys were supposed to play last week. I think that ship sailed.
