Plz coach Dugans get the WR rotations right in the red zone

What do we gotta do to get our big WR's in the game in the red zone? No more rotations where we toss fades to BB, Thomas, and Harley. We need Langham and Richards in the game. I know they play the same spot but can we come up with something to get these dudes in the game when it counts.
