With the season opener against Notre Dame just over a month away, fall camp for the Miami Hurricanes begins this week.

Spring practices and scrimmages gave us our first look at incoming freshmen and winter portal players, but now the roster is finalized with some spring portal additions at key positions.

@Sebastian Font Nice write up, and ty. With the loss of a ton of vets in their money seasons, do you sense a carry-over of a similar sense of work ethic, camaraderie, etc.?
I think its a great mix of vets and sophomores/juniors getting their chance to shine. Alot of guys trying to prove people wrong and are hungry.

I can't personally compare it to last years group as I was still playing baseball at the time, but those in the building have really been excited

If you could pick like 3 players to play to their full potential (who aren't yet legit proven studs) this season excluding QB, I'd probably pick:

1. Justin Scott
2. Marquise Lightfoot
3. Jojo Trader

The 4th would probably be between a handful of guys like Moten or Bobby/Wiley. Maybe Bell, Blount, or another Safety...

I'm not trippin about CB really cause we have like 5 legit CBs and we expect at least 3 to be legit dudes. Same with Poyser at Safety. Obviously Bain and Mauigoa are expected to be great. So yeah If those like 6-9 players legit step up I think things will be looking VERY nice for us.

I'm watching closely at the players on offense defense and special teams oh and of course the ones on the bench
