Player Out of Bounds Rule - from NCAA Rules

Even though he wasn't forced out, they did rule that he was forced out. So according to the rule he was eligible because he landed in bounds with the ball.

I don't think the NCAA has the same rule as the NFL where a player has to re-establish position inbound even if he was forced out.
