Pitt vs North Carolina Thursday Night

Do you think that this team excels or folds when they realize that they control their own destiny? Would be interesting to see if a Pitt loss leads to us crushing the next 3 opponents. I would call that a BIG turnaround. I like UNC coming through today too. Gonna need to score like they did today to keep pace with Pickett.

The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.
 
Virginia plays ND. They get rolled but wont count against them. They play Pitt in a couple weeks.
 
I can’t believe I’m asking this, but how do the tiebreakers work from here on out? If UNC beats Pitt then all 3 of us, Pitt and UVA will be 4-2. We just wait on the UVA-Pitt winner?

Imagine if Miami wins out, UNC beats Pitt, but UVA doesn’t lose another ACC game…

The missed FG that would have beat UVA would be the difference between Miami vs. UVA winning the Coastal and could be the difference between Manny getting one more year or getting his walking papers.

It’s all speculation, we still need plenty of help and I don’t trust Manny and Lashlee to win any game that we should win. But the irony, if it plays out that way, will be interesting to ponder.
