They led Penn St 13-12 in the 3rd quarter but came up short (lost 22-13). Head coach Golden was disappointed by a passionless effort at Northern Illinois.

That's the money quote in that article. I remember a Temple fan coming to Canestime after we landed golden and told us how ****ed off we would be by golden's defense. He said that players hated playing in it.

Its really not all that different from what Jason Whitlock said about golden as well.
