▪ If Richt is right in thinking Rosier – who was awful Thursday – gives the Canes the best chance to win, that’s terrifying for the future

UM must hope Silvera, Jon Ford and Jordan Miller become the type of players the Canes hoped they were getting. Ford took a step back this year, but there’s reason for optimism on Silvera. Pat Bethel also returns

That’s another problem with this Canes program; this team never has a chance to get old together because of early departures, recruiting mistakes, transfers and other factors

It’s puzzling why UM wouldn’t use freshman quarterback Jarren Williams, who would have benefitted from the work if he ends up starting against the Gators.

Here’s what I have a difficult time reconciling when anyone says the spread offense isn’t the answer: We know UM runs better out of the spread.

It's all about fear:
1) Fear of looking bad for not using him earlier in the season
2) Fear he won't be as great as they want everyone to think he is and by extension the fan base will get a glimmer at just how hopeless the QB situation truly is
3) Fear caucasion corch Jr. will mess him up even sooner

I could go on, but....it's always fear based. The notion that "protecting" his red shirt mattered is ludicrous. If he was good enough to play this year, he needed to be in the game. Who gives a rip about four years from now? This program needed an immediate shot in the arm. But I think the real explanation is that the kid simply isn't ready and the QB situation is even more hopelessly terrible than fans know.

Bruh Nesta was the only one some SEC teams wanted, all the other cats are JAGS. Thats what happens when u get outrecruited. I remember people pumping up Miller like he was a 5 star..........I bet hes a jag as well

I have never seen a title of a thread have absolutely ******* nothing to do with the first comment of a thread until this ******* thread.

If you watched the game closely you would see Silvera was getting pushed around like a blockng sled, he was hustling and giving 100% but needs to get much stronger to help next year.

People on here were gassing Miller. Maybe he turns out good maybe not, but this happens every year. It’s happening right now with the new LB we looking at. **** how did the big boys not see this kid. **** how is he a 3 star.
