Very very articulate young man. His future is bright no matter where he goes but I want him to be developed by the two UM top OL dogs.

He was straight about all teams. I was happy he understands the lack of Black coaches at HC and Coordinators positions. We have a Black OC and I'm happy with the balance of our staff throughout the whole organization. Not the vision of @Suhrthing and @JD08 for America. I'd be happy to have this young man as a Cane.

Best vision of America will be when everyone stops focusing on the color of coaches at all.

I appreciate your shallow mind

Oh how I wish that was true. The reason Blacks don't speak on lack of Black coaches in sports like Lacross, swimming, Tennis, cornhole, Golf. Axe tossing etc, is because we don't make up the majority of the participants and better performers. I wish the day comes when the decision makers, White Men, make coaching and front office decisions exclusive of race. Do me a favor and ask yourself, would you?

So you think it’s normal for a sport that’s like 80% black to have very few black coaches?

So you’re okay with the players ratio being predominantly black, but not okay with the ratio of coaches being more skewed to non-black. Gotcha. That seems very hypocritical.

Have you ever heard the saying “One’s that can’t do teach”?

I lean more to believing that a larger portion of white players do not end up being good enough to start and make it in the Pros so they take a different track because they love the game and they focus on coaching and front office. Regardless, it shouldn’t matter who’s coaching because I’m sure you wouldn’t have a problem with a black coach coaching white players. End of the day as I said the best vision would be color blind.
