Haven’t posted in awhile. The team bashing has irked me too much. But please see below
FOR ANY “CANE FAN” stating we aren’t worthy of being top 10, Go look at pretty much anyone in the B1G. ESPECIALLY penn state and Wisconsin. Actually look at the caliber of opponents they play. Some of you really need to look through a bigger lens in college football and stop listening to this BULL**** ESPN drag us through the mud. This isn’t Al Golden kool aid drinking. This is legit facts.
Penn State has been top 10 all year. Starting at 6 and now 2. BASED OFF WHAT? last season they were DRUG by conference opponent and was in a shoot out with USC in a bowl game til the last minute. Miami Lost to ND off a failed fumble recovery by us and a BS FG after one of the most inspired comebacks I’ve ever seen in my life in south bend. All 4 teams I mentioned look at their seasons.
Penn state JUST played their first real game of the season and showed how lopsided that bull**** B1G is. Beat Akron, a terrible Pitt (ACC), Georgia state and squeaked by Iowa and beat sorry Indiana. Now ALL WEEK ESPN is gonna portray Ohio State and Penn state as GAME OF THE YEAR!
Michigan has the top “total defense” in the country. But they aren’t top 50 in TO differential, and trail MIAMI in TFL and Sacks.
Their vaunted D has faced: UF, cincy, AF, Purdue, Indiana, mich st, and penn st. Of those mentioned teams, TWO have winning records. Guess which ones? The ones that sit in their L column (mich state and penn state). Canes fans ing about play calling, imagine Jim Harbaugh’s job as this QB whisperer his whole career and ALL of them on his roster suck *** right now.
Wisconsin has been waving down to us ALL YEAR. Their 7-0 start? ALSO fools gold.
Faced: Utah st, FAU, BYU, NW, Nebraska, Maryland. Got **** a real group of world beaters there smfh. You know the craziest part? Depending on if Iowa’s overrated *** chooses to, they could probably beat Wisconsin but to put into perspective that’s their toughest game prior to Michigan who might be done trying by that point in the year. Wisconsin might face a complete shell of their team come November and Michigan SHOULDN’T be ranked but based off these pollsters they may be itching to push them back in to legitimize the rest of the terrible conference.
USC I’m not going to waste my time on. The PAC-12 have ZERO shot of the playoff at this point. Sam Darnold is trash and for some reason USC can be 6-6 and the season after their going to be in the top 25 smh
PRE-SEASON RANKINGS ARE A JOKE!!!!
Toledo finally recieved some love from this weeks poll and if not for USF and UCF winning they’d be ranked. They sit at 6-1 with their lone loss coming to us. G Tech will be ranked shortly if they keep winning (see what they did against the WF team FSU beat at the buzzer LMFAOOO)
