We suck. We all know this. Here's why:
Defense
Blake Faker - Doesn't even have his own Wiki.
Banda - Former bartender.
Patke - Former quality control analyst.
Rumph - Former high school coach that couldn't even get his HS players to play at Miami.
Stroud - Was hired as Assistant DL coach. Now is the DL coach.
Offense
Dan Penos - Looks good on paper. Looks like trash on the field.
Hickson - Coached at Kansas State. Was coaching community college a few years back. Applied for the job through Indeed. Probably.
Stubblefield - Journeyman coach. Last coached WRs at Air Force. That's like hiring the WR coach under Paul Johnson's offenses.
Butch Fairy - Was an Assistant OL coach. Assistant.
As is the case with every failed staff prior to ***** Diaz. After the HC gets fired, no other college team even bothers taking a look at our staffs as potential options to improve their team. The trend will continue when Diaz gets fired.
We need to fire Blake James. Then hire a real AD. Then actually give the coach some **** money to spend on his staff.
