OT: UCF wants Kevin Sumlin to be their next head coach.

If I were an up and coming head coach, I would beg, borrow and/or steal to get the UCF job. Thats the kind of place that can make a coach. ****, a life long JAG (George O'Liar) went to a BCS bowl at UCF.

Watch what happens to Scott Frost at Nebraska. He will wallow in mediocrity until the locals tire of him finishing 2nd in his division every year. But UCF helped him get a $5 million a year contract.

Right now UCF is the best program in the state. Sumlin will do fine there. The sad thing about schools like UCF is that as soon as they have a really good season, the big programs hire them away.

UCF's not the best program in the state.
 
I think it will be good choice based on what’s left out there. Like another poster said if you are an up and coming coach UCF will get you a pay raise somewhere else.

So what you're saying is that they are NOT the best program in the state.
