I was at the Cotton Bowl game. 202 yards in penalties for UM. Texas only had around 240 yards in total offense.

What the **** does Texas beating them have anything to do with penalizing players for putting the horns down? So, because you won the game earlier this year, you get to dictate the rules? FOH clown.

Miami invented this kind of thing and all the soft rule changes were designed to keep the Hurricanes from embarrassing other programs. No Miami fan should be supportive of penalties for "excessive celebration" or "taunting".
