Any of you guys that like talking/watching ball heres a good video for you. Hour long, starts a little after 5min mark.

Some of the stuff he goes over…

- Different variants of teaching/coaching players
- 3-4 v. 4-3
- Run fits
- RPO
- Leverage from DL (2 gapping)
- Gap v. Zone run schemes
- Zone v. Man
- Adjustments

Last 10 min is actual film breakdown

Manny did a similar presentation, here were the chapters:

- Gap control and Edge Setting: These are for suckers. Don't ever do them
- Zone Coverage: Just stand there! QBs are like T-Rex and can't see you if you don't move
- Defending the run: This is a passing league, don't even worry about it
- Tackling: your car tires will fear you
- LBs: who?
- Blitzing: If you start from far away, you'll be like a freight train!
- Mack Brown: he's unbeatable, so don't even try
- Publicity Stunts: Why the sizzle is always better than the steak
- Influential fathers: Get one
