Kenneth’s wonderful Nigerian girlfriend Adaku makes these quite often.

They are basically coconut balls. And let me tell you, they are quite addictive.

Once you put one ball in your mouth, it’s hard to resist the urge to insert some more.

Anyway, I thought I’d share a recipe for these delightful treats.

Enjoy, friends!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1⁄4 cup caster sugar or 1⁄4 cup superfine sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1⁄2 cup self-raising flour

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut, sugar and egg yolks to form a stiff dough. Squeeze into 1 inch balls, and roll each ball in flour to coat.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.

Wow!

That is a beautiful mustache!

I’m quite envious, as I once tried to grow a mustache, but was mistaken for a local *** criminal and then forced to shave it off.

Never again.

LMFAO I actually burst out laughing at this comment. You get a 10 out of 10 for that comment.

I’m glad I could make you laugh, friend!

Laughter is so wonderful for the soul.

In these dark times, we need more laughter in the world.

Careful...don't want to get another suspension for unlawful promotion of coconut balls.

Glad this side of you came back. I was thinking the Mr. Hyde ****ed at the world version would return after your punishment. We have enough of that here under the circumstances.
