OT: Santiago DR: Anyone know any sports bars....

You’re the man! Thanks for the great info it saved me with the games (streaming)
Will do Muuu today.
Check to see if they’re open for lunch - I believe that they are but they only take cash. My guess is that they have to close early tonight with a 7pm curfew so it will have to be an early dinner. And get the Presidente “vestido de novia”

Do Square One or Scory Café for breakfast or for an informal simple meal at anytime.

One thing I need to mention and this is a problem there with Uber. Uber is cheap and I use it all the time but beware. A good number of these drivers will try to contact you and say something about not being able to take a credit card or wanting cash. If you do that, you’ll probably get charged by Uber for canceling or for the ride and you paid the cash. Tell them “No tengo efectivo “ or “tengo tarjeta solo” and wait for them to cancel. If the say “”cancelar “ o “cancelado” say no. They sometimes try to get you to cancel it so they still charge you a portion of it. Then wait for Uber to find you another ride.

The only time I will say yes is if I’m running up against the curfew, in which case I think my wife typed in that we have cash at the beginning if it’s possible. If you are getting close to curfew, you just need to get a car and the number of available cars dwindles down rapidly.

Feel free to ask me anything else. Depending on which area you’re staying, I can give suggestions.

@The Iceman how is or was Santiago? Did you get to Muuu or el tablón?

It was a great trip. I enjoyed it and plan to go back soon.
I went to Muuu it was really good. My type of place since I love my meat grilled.
Im a beef guy and it was tender and full of flavor with a Presidente vestida de novia to go with it.
That's my drink now.
Will definitely stop there again.

I’m back in the US right now but headed back there soon. I can see the monument lit up from the new apartment at night. I’m looking to buy a place there next year and live there more. That’s where my wife is from. Interest rates are very high there so that’s a killer.

The curfew is 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday and I think 9 pm all other nights and yeah they don’t play. Did you eat in any of the places I listed or did you head to Sosua/Cabarete?
I'LL BE THERE IN TWO WEEKS BRUH

I was there a couple of weeks ago. Almost go rounded up in a ****fighting ring. And, I don’t even watch. I was chilling and drinking.
