Once again CIS porsters are wrong. Wah wah wah. Dooming a kid before the game was over. Calling him a bum.

Sure he made some mistakes. He also orchestrated a 25 point comeback on the road. I don't want to hear Baylor blew it as the typical CIS excuse. How about instead you man up and admit you are wrong.

Oh yeah he isnt Joe Burrow I get it. No one said he was. But he also has the worst defense I have seen on a top 25 team.

One thing is for sure - he’s not fragile. He got the snot beat out of him running so much but kept getting up and pushing forward. His guys were consistently wide open but his ball placement most throws was where it needed to be to allow them to run after catch. Much respect for what he did. The guy is a gamer.

Baylor did lose that game. OU gifted them that lead with turnovers and awful plays but they wilted in the 2nd half and played tentative.

what do you guys think of him as a pro prospect
I’ll take him as the Bears first round pick right the fvck now and never look back. He’s every bit as talented as any other quarterback on the board. He’s shown the ability to grow is passing game and lead like an absolute BEAST! He has the necessary tools to be as successful as anyone in the league. Hopefully it all transfers to the next level. Guys have come before him with MUCH less and put on gold jackets. My two

As an unfortunate Dolphin fan, I was thinking about them taking him with 1 of the later firsts. Matter of fact, pair him up with Lincoln Riley

He's definitely on my radar with the 2nd or 3rd fins pick in the first.

Has been successful at two programs and most importantly progression every year. The fact he's proven to be durable on top of it makes him very Intriguing.

I however like Flores as our coach right now though so unfortunately we will probably have to watch him go replace Jason Garrett.

He's definitely got the frame to stay healthy in the league when he takes off with the ball.

From Vick to RG III to Mariota, the road is littered with mobile QBs who've been chewed up and spit out by the NFL.

Never can figure out why you guys get so triggered by everything y'all read on here, especially about another program's player.

No not the worst...but it's Big 12,everyone knows how notorious they are for not play defense. CIS favorite Mike Leach probably had the worst top 25 defense. Actually has 25 of the worst top 25 defenses, lol.

But Hurts is the real deal in his category. However Riley makes a difference here. Once he's gone he'll probably end up another RG3

Same as every other mobile mediocre qb in the league. Take away the 1st read and watch the offense turn into backyard ball. Not sustainable.

He's a Round 1 QB.

Maybe you won't see it yet...but at this point of their final seasons, Baker Mayfield nor Kyler Murray were NOT considered Round 1 QB. They didn't "move up" into Round 1 until the process began and it wasn't until after the combine they emerged as R1 guys.

He's the best dual threat QB in this draft and with Lamar Jackson's success, and seeing success from Dak Prescott...someone is going to wise up and "move Hurts up" later in the process and not overthink Hurts.

He's had some minor issues with turnovers, but he leads the country in YPA (important metric). He leads all Power 5 QBs in yards and will have over 1000 yards rushing and probably 20 touchdowns.

He's really ******* good and I've been telling y'all this. SOME on here just don't want to listen.

Me, on September the First.

Jalen Hurts will end up a first round pick (would not shock me if Lincoln Riley turns him into R1P1) and likely Heisman finalist...could legitimately win it.

You're watching a truly great college football player playing in a historically great offense. Just enjoy it. Don't hate.

We would have been lucky to have had him.
