OT: Herndon suspended

Another one of Pistol Pete’s boys at first rd management. First Rd management has done a terrible job of actually managing and assisting their players lives positively so far.

It would have been only 2 games but the other motorist claimed bodily injury at the scene so the penalty raised to 4 games. Sucks for the Jets and Herndon. I imagine he learned his lesson....

Yeah they expected 2 game suspension, so 4 is unexpected for sure here

Key word is “claimed”.

Buddy tapped bumpers in a parking lot while backing out of a parking spot in Boca, speed around 2 mph by both cars.

Bltch still getting paid on her “claim” of bodily injury. Already over $20 grand.

The 4 game suspension was well deserved. Two DUI's in less than 6 months, including one where he was traveling around 100mph and flipped his car. He's lucky he hasn't killed himself or others yet.

Edit: I read another story incorrectly. Only 1 DUI.

2 ? it’s only been that one from last year. They were expecting him to get a 2 game suspension but raised it to 4 because the lady said she was hurt or something like that

You're right. I read another story on it incorrectly. Still stand by statement, glad he got 4 games. Could have killed himself and others. No respect for anyone who gets behind a wheel drunk in this day in age - just so many options.
 
Is anyone really going to argue that 4 games is too much? He wasn't just driving drunk, he caused an accident. I had a good friend die on the Florida Turnpike and another serve 2+ months in jail for a second DUI, this **** is no joke. I hope he learns his lesson and moves on with his life, but 4 games is nothing in the grand scheme of things. He's lucky he's alive and he didn't kill anyone.
