It’s mind boggling how long Miami’s taken in its search. There’s doing due diligence, or there’s dragging your feet because of indecision. It would seem Miami is struck by the latter.

It isn't the fact that they are taking the time, it's the fact of who the names are that are being thrown around as the candidates that's the problem lol.

Unlike most on this board there’s only one or two guys Id set myself “on fire” for. They made a good hire for them. My frustration stems from a process taking far longer than it should.

you all would complain if we hired too quickly and if we didn't do a thorough search, now we're doing that and everyone's losing their minds as if magically if we wait a few more days that people won't want to be the AD or HC at Miami.

time to come back to reality and realize this is a process and I for one am glad it's taking time

I get it. But it’s really all rumors at this point anyhow. We are in the hurry up and wait position of the search.
