Koetter has sucked at every level he's coached (and he's coached at EVERY level). It is one of the great mysteries of the modern age how he continues to find employment as a football coach - and yet he does. He must have a library of incriminating photographs of coaches, AD's and GM's.

You are a Ravens guy, in which that is my favorite team in the AFC. For 6 years, I worked for the organization that owns the Ravens (Steve is the figure head). For 6 years it was like a cult working there, as it relates to the Ravens.
I said all of that to say this....As a person who likes the Ravens, I am also giving the idea to Rex Ryan a huge F'uck No! Lol
