Miami needs to follow Baylor's model (also a small private school competing against bag schools). Baylor just hired a GM of football. Of course Miami could have done that weeks ago, but now Highsmith has a very legitimate reason for wanting to switch to the college ranks as he is getting screwed in his NFL front office career.
