Anyone else seen that sign on College Gameday about 20inutes ago (right after that Army/Navy segment)?

Says "Oregon Owns The Pew" and has our U logo posted on it. What does it mean and what possible connection between our 2 programs could the the jackazz holding the sign be referring to?

It's probably a response to Blake James' recent comments where he said, "Miami was Oregon, before Oregon was Oregon". He was talking about being on the cutting edge of college football.
