I hear what you’re saying but Toney, to me, is like Duke, he got Miami in his blood no matter if we were 1-11, but I’m sure he will be taken care of in that sense.

Offense
1. Toney
2. Bell
3. RBs - Don’t want to lose any, including Lyle. I still think he can be a really good player for us. Let’s not forget his runs last year, and there’s a reason he was taking the first snap against ND this year. He was obviously hurt and it’s not the first time our good players have had a sophomore slump in the past.
4. JoJo - see above. Still super talented. Put this season behind him and focus on coming out full force next season.
5. Toss up between Emory or another WR like Upshaw or Moore. God forbid whoever our starter is next year gets injured, we need veteran guy with experience to come in. We all know Emory’s limitations but I thought in the games he came in, he seemed a bit improved, extra juice in his step. With Moore/Upshaw, our WR room aside from Toney is still big question mark (putting aside incoming class) so would like those guys to stick around.

Defense
1. Moten
2. Scott
3. Blount
4. Wiley
5. Any of the DBs

Would be a miracle if we keep all 4 CB's that got consistent playing time.

I unfortunately think Lyle is gone. I think he'll succeed elsewhere so can't blame him if he does, he got passed up. I'm assuming Miami portals another RB this cycle (hopefully another home run hitter, I think we're good on power backs with Fletcher/Brown/Mallory).
Lyle has to be gone.. once he got passed up by Pringle he hasn't seen a single carry I don't think...

Bell is probably the single most important player to keep with a high likelihood of leaving. We lose a lot on that OL.
Bell is the key to the O-Line, IMO

Bell
Samson
transfer/SJ
McCoy
Cantwell

That's the best O-line in the ACC and top 15 in the country rolling into next year. Could be higher depending on transfer center.
