The SEC has that old slavery/cotton money working. The ACC has some of that slavery/cotton money; see Clemson. The U has that Drug money that needs to be put to use on the recruiting trail

All you have to do is watch the movie "He Got Game" and you'll see the best way to describe how recruits are treated when they go to Ole Miss

C'mon, now. Top tier recruits are treated that way on every recruiting trip. That type of thing isn't unique to Ole Miss or the SEC. I bet the 2 star kids that take officials to the University of Akron and Kent State get all types of Lilly Von Schtupp attention when they hit campus. We need to stop with the SEC ***** envy and excuse making and handle our own recruiting business. There's no reason to ***** about and make unfounded accusations based on the success (on paper) that other schools. Even after living through Shannon and Golden, we're better than that and hopefully we'll get back to where we belong with recruiting and development under a real coach and staff.

They have been winning. Get to boast a winning streak against Bama. No other team in the country can say that. Oxford is an awesome college town and if you dig southern belles, well then, it's heaven on earth. It's not a hard sell.
