Is old school offense out of fashion?

I guess I'm an old guy but did anyone see us running these plays or variations of these plays...

draw play
quarterback draw
screen play
toss sweep or student body left or right
play action fake hand off and pass
play action and pass to the TE on a delayed route ala Shockey
wheel route to a back out of the backfield

Are these plays out of style?
These were the first plays I learned as a kid, don't they work today? Are they too simple?
Maybe I don't recognize the variations they are playing today.
