The Pats won a bunch then lost their OL coach and didn't win ****. Hired him back and its been W's ever since.

We have a lot of **** on this staff but the main thing we need to do is hire a $1M a year OL coach to fix our dog**** OL.

QB, RB, WR, and playcalling all gets fixed with a serviceable OL.

Our current OL is a dumpster fire of dirty diapers and Indian food.

PS: Hartley is the WOAT special teams coach of all time.

You leave out the part where we need a new head coach cause our Corch sucks but I do agree on the OL coach

With a legit OL we could even make our 1980's offense work.

This OL is the WOAT.

Like when Scaife and Donaldson let the DL split them and blow up the 3rd down running play.

Hilarious that people still think it’s anyone but Richt.

Richt is fine as CEO. He needs an OC but most importantly an OL that isn't trash.

No he’s not. He’s a no energy underachiever. There is no room for Richt in Miami.

He, and he only, is the reason for Miami’s failures. Stop with the excuses

Which part am I dreaming about? We have spent $7M on the head coach and offensive side of the ball.

You're dreaming about paying that kind of money for an OL coach. Find me one that makes that kind of money in college. I'll be waiting a lomg time as there isn't a single one.

That is almost as much as the top OC and DC's in college football today. That is more than some heas coaches.

So yes, it is a dream.
