Has any of our guys truly gotten better from last year? Searels can't be that bad can he?

I think Gauthier has regressed. St Louis clearly isn't the same player at LT than he is at RT.
 
Searles has had complaints about him at just about every job he has had. And this is what ben jones said at uga.

I know my freshman year when I was blocking for (Moreno), they just told me to cover somebody up...Don’t even worry about moving him because Knowshon will make you right. Now we really take pride of getting him off the ball and making it easier for Isaiah so he’s making his cut four yards down the field instead of at the line of scrimmage.

100% agree

Line should look:
LT: Scaife
LG: Boulware
C: Gauthier
RG: Donaldson
RT: St. Louis


If we did this we'd actually give St. Louis a chance at being drafted in a good spot, rather than being a 7th round pick now.

Knowshon Moreno is not even in the NFL anymore that should tell you how long he has been out of college.
 
There's been zero improvement in the quality of OLine play between Richt's 1st year and now.

The players have changed. The Coaches and the results unfortunately, remain the same.
 
The biggest question with the OL moving forward is the development of the following:

Herbert
Campbell
Gaynor
Hillary
Reed
Scaife
Donaldson

With those 7 guys we should have a good product next season with a compentent coach.

Its scary to think that QB, RB, WR and TE's all have dropped off from Al Golden to Mark Richt. Al Golden with Manny at DC instead D'onorfio would crush Richt

Truth.
Golden w manny would’ve been competitive. Golden did go conservative way too early, but with manny it might’ve worked.

Al Golden did absolutely nothing, he was a master of nothing, just stood there with a headset a furrowed brow and “a great head of hair”. He supposedly just looked the part, a figure head.

Donaldson is just pure trash right know. He was stronger and more agile last year. This year he is just an old highway speed letter

Not close. Richt and his scheme/system are 100x worse then OL coaching.

You guys realize the OL looks way worse then they are because the system we run right? How do people not understand this?
