Ol coach replacement

Not defending Searles. My question is what OL coach could possibly be good when the defense knows what is coming every play

So is this hire an OC we're blasting them with or full on fire Richt? I can't keep up

I think Jon Richt would do a bang up job.... he should be QB/OL coach

He’s been such a blessing for us. I’m actually concerned a school comes along and makes him its OC.

Hopefully Daddy Richt can step in so we don’t lose him to a school like Bama.

We need to get a blank check to whoever coaches the Wisconsin oline... that dude is legit at turning nobodies that we get into somebodies

I say we fire Searels immediately and replace him with a turnstile, which can teach our OL more pushback for the time being. Then in the off-season find a suitable replacement.

Reese Morgan - He's the DL coach for Iowa, but before he started coaching DLine, he was the legendary OL Coach that recruited & put Robert Gallery, Brandon Scherff, Riley Reiff, Bryan Bulaga & Marshal Yanda in the league.

Bill Bedenbaugh - Oklahoma; put a bunch of good lineman in the league

Herb Hand
Ed Warriner
Joe Rudolph
Derek Frazier

None of these are realistic, being that I doubt any of them would come here, but they're the top guys as far as development is concerned imo.

Won't matter until we change the O. Our problems are not the QB, or the O-line. It's the archaic O Richt is **** bent on running.

I would hire John Bock as OL coach. Immediately. The dude knows more about OL technique that Searels EVER will, and he is light years ahead of 99% of the guys in both college and the NFL

Damione Lewis had a good break down of why he thought our OL play has been bad, primarily basing it off of the zone read style of running which is more side to side than straight ahead

Kendal Briles can bring his OL coach, or Yost can bring his.

Not the OL coach from Utah St.

And the Houston OL coach used to coach at Baylor and having two former BTaylor staffers at Miami would be a tough PR pill to swallow for UM admin.
