The unit isnt perfect and the fact that the QB is mobile helps but the guys up front are having a good year.

They have been discipline pre snap. In the past pre snap penalties have been a killer.

OL coaches have done a **** of a job. Again not perfect (such as short yardage) but overall they have taken a step forward.

Pass pro is elite. We will get there in a couple years in short yardage. Donaldson and the ypungins need a year or so in the weight room.

Hope Felder can develop our trenches physically. Conditioning is one thing, build raw power is another.
 
Feels like the refs are letting a lot of holding calls go this year. Would like to see our OL play even a little dirtier.
