Oklahoma O v Alabama D

Hurts got hot in the UGA game but I think he comes back to earth. Tagaviola will start and be playing injured. UGA found lots of holes in Bama's D, and Oklahoma is a far better offensive team. If Bama starts a banged up Tagaviola, Bama will struggle offensively and Oklahoma can easily jump out to a 2TD lead early. Then Bama will rely on Hurts to come from behind, then trade points in a shootout. I think Oklahoma has the edge in a shootout. I call Oklahoma for the upset.

Hate to say it, but Alabama would win by double digits even without Tua. They'd put the clamp on that finesse offense of Oklahoma and would dictate the pace of the game.

We just might see it.

I'm leaning #1 Bama vs #4 Oklahoma.

Oklahoma has lots of true power run packages they run out of the spread. They are not a Mike Leach Air Raid finesse team. Bama might be more physical, but Oklahoma is not a finesse offense.

Herbstreit just said he moves Georgia UP after today. Unbelievable.

OK vs Bama isn't a given.

Bama was just favored by 12 over UGA in Atlanta. In a truly neutral site game against Oklahoma, there's no chance Bama is favored by less than 10 over Oklahoma. That's just the way it is. I'd root for Oklahoma, but they don't have a good matchup at all against Bama (not that anyone does).
