While I don't expect UM to get the benefit of the doubt on 50/50 calls there were some outright atrocious calls yesterday vs FAU. Two that come to mind are the hold on M.Lewis on a TD run that was called back, and the second int by BK where the ball clearly hit ground that was completely botched by replay officials.

Ball goes back to Miami possession since the fau defender can not be the first person to recover the fumble since he was out bounds. That's a correct call. I thought the ball hit the ground on kaaya 2nd it too

I thought the officials did a good job. That was an INT, the defenders hands were under the ball.

Let's keep it real

The false starts, personal fouls, and clipping penalties have got to fvckin go. Especially the god **** false starts.

The call on the Lewis fumble was correct. The defender did not re-establish himself in bounds before recovering the fumble.

The OL, with the false starts, took a step back. Hopefully some this can be fixed with more reps. The unit definitely needs an influx of talent.

We did get a break on Lewis fumble, however.
The DB's foot was out of bounds though when he first possessed the ball, which means it's a dead ball, they actually got that call right.

Yeah, the personal fouls weren't so good - Carter and Coley, I think...

And Coley had an off-sides penalty, too - not too good when a WR is getting a couple penalties in a game....

Officiating was fine

Kaayas 2nd pick looked like a pick to me. Ball hit the ground but player had full control it seemed

Ask Oklahoma St and TCU about horrendous officiating. Cost them both games.

Add Troy to that, recovered a fumble that would have been a return for a td called back only for Clemson to score on the next play. 14 point swing in a 6 point Clemson win.
