Hire an OC, and give the OC the power to hire/fire his own offensive staff.

In my opinion, we should get rid of Searles and Jon Richt. Our biggest problems on offense have been the QB's and OL.

I like Marcus Lattimore for RB coach. He was a successful private HS coach in Columbia and is now an analyst or some type of assistant with USCe. Smart guy. Eager to learn.
