Ok you convinced me. I'd give Ponce a D-, aka the Gentleman's F.

Fedora should be at or near the top of the list. His HC experience alone would be an asset for Manny to lean on. He's also gives no ***** and is the run-it-up type. He's a Gundy disciple too. I don't think we could do better than that, realistically at least.
