Novel question: Is Mario now coaching as much for player retention as for donor/fan satisfaction?

That's every coach, everywhere, in every game.

Yeah he's too smart and cool to care about the fans but his dumb *** better care what the players think. Stupid mother ****** needs to play offense from thia century.
My kid’s 8u team had their first playoff game this morning. During the first half, they kept trying to run it up the middle and it wasn’t working because the defense kept collapsing the pocket, etc. Coach made adjustments and started having the RB go up the left side. Third quarter was such a bloodbath that they got mercy ruled for the fourth: the first-string RB had to come out of the game, the QB wasn’t allowed to throw or run and could only hand off the ball, and the running clock started.

I felt like I was dreaming; I couldn’t believe it was real. I didn’t know coaches were allowed to do such things!

You lost me at coaching.....

I think Mario talks a lot, coordinates practices/schedules, recruits, engages donors, drives structures and all.....but i don't see him coach.....and i don't see a well coached team in all the years he's been here. I don't see him talk to individual players in-game, or groups, where it looks like he's talking technique, routes, or concepts. I don't see him working the refs and pointing out things. I don't hear anything X's and O's based in pressers. Maybe he does some OL stuff.

I'm frustrated by the "coaching".
