are the number of good assistant coaches potentially available from those programs whose
coaches have been fired or retired.
Coaches from both sides of the ball at Mizzou (especially their Dline coach), Iowa State, VT (defense),
LSU (if Miles is dismissed), etc.....there should be some good assistants available for any HC taking
on a new gig or looking to retool their staff.

I should also add that USC has some good coaches on their staff, especially their OC who is currently their interim HC.

Paul Rhoades would be a good candidate, and he worked for Wannstedt and Turbeville, so he probably
could work for Butch.
