with all the ing about play calling.. Coach starts the game with a Jet sweep and then calls a QB throw back.. play calling was almost perfect the whole game.. But is still can't understand the quick play call running the ball at the one yard line. It has been tried weekly with no sucess. I know he is trying to catch the other team not ready, but it seems that we are the ones that aren't ready for that play.

I said it last night.

We finally opened up the playbook and brought out the secret plays we all have been waiting for.

I thought we should have kicked it as well, but meh. That's being nitpicky. I just didn't want another nail biter. I think we need to start running the wildcat on short yardage. We have the personnel to do it.

Actually richt created those plays at beginning due to North Carolina running similar ones he liked.

and not to forget the play calling by Manny.. Defense was where they were supposed to be............. top notch prep by both sides of the ball.

Source? Link?

He actually said it in his post game press conference. Funny thing is Malik said they ran the same play unsuccessfully a couple of years ago.

Thanks, listening to the presser, just heard it now.

I don’t understand why we can’t get one of the bigger guys to either lead block or run it in. With in 2 yards of the goal line the weight and strength of a lineman should be able to get it in....

Richt finally realized the talents of Berrios, Dallas, and Rosier’s talent with his feet. Expect a explosive offense against ND

C'mon!! Coach Richt is (or will be) a Hall of Fame coach, who has put together an 8 and 0 team and its' your opinion that he "finally realized the talents of Berrios, Dallas, and Rosier." ?

Coach Richt's play calling and usage of some players was greatly limited due to poor offensive line play.

Last night clearly demonstrated that once the offensive line started moving people off the ball the true genius of Mark Richt was on display for the world to see. Richt's play calling of last night had one of the all time great defensive coordinators winding his **** and scratching his watch!
