No identity

On offense or defense.

How can we expect young players to get into any rhythm when we mass substitute every other possession and flip between zone and man all game.

Fisch, who I can't be too upset at, has no identity either.

Golden's inexperience is showing big time. I'm not ready to give up on this guy... but today was very bad.

Now this is a very interesting post. Not ready to give up on Golden, but team needs an identity. Butch made sure he was developing an identity for his team. That's what I want out of a staff. It took a few years and I'm in Coach Golden's corner 100%. Our DC on the other hand needs to go the route of the dodo.
