both he and Burns are now getting crystalballed to Miami on 247 with the Rumph news.

We shall see how that goes.
 
Makes sense why we dropped Hinson, if Richt knew he had Eubanks in his back pocket
 
If Rumph can get us Burns, Eubanks and then Slaton next year that is a **** good start to this thing..thats not even including the DBs (Wilson, Campbell, Surtain Jr)
 
Not to big a fan of his..

He has ability....but not a "must get" type...a must get though if it brings Burns.

tweener type that isnt that strong....he is in the NJOKU mold excepts probably sees himself as just a wr.....at TE i think we need a more of a traditionoal guy as i believe we will have 3 out wide guys in (Njoku, Herndon, Irvin Jr.) Dobard leaves soon...we need a guy that can fill that role.

Eubanks a take! Stop the foolishness. If Rumph can bring all the prospects he has over there then he would have pulled off one helluva recruiting coup.

Nauta seems like the traditional TE you're describing. If we land him, I'm good if we don't land Nick... unless he's gonna play DE.

Kid has a huge upside. Put some lbs on him and he will take off.

Has tons of offers from major football powers.

I would take him in a second and be happy with it.
 
Clive Walford was incredibly raw too....basketball player with only one season of football at the time of his commitment if I remember correctly.

Kid is slow, has horrible footwork and technique, not good at seperating, and has average hands. Plus we don't have a huge need for TE and already have Irvin committed. I'd rather pass and use the scholarship on a position where we need it. And if we end up having room in the class Id rather take an extra big man or two.
 
Burns is overrated.

He is a DE and I would not take him over any of the kids we have committed OR Jordan Woods.

Eubanks is a stud.

You have that sooo backwards. Burns has proven to be good against elite talent again and again this past year on the circuit. While Eubanks hasn't done much to prove anything all year. People were hype on him because of measurables, other than that it's all just "he has the potential". Just watch him run routes or try to high point, boy is awkward and goofy. I'd rather have Jo Jackson play TE than Eubanks.
