Nicholas Lennear ran a 10.77--100m. It was run with a tail wind above the legal limit of 2.0 mps. The tail wind was 2.7mps above that. Factoring that in it equates to a 10.95--100m. getting closer to that HS national elite standard of 10.80. He has this year and next spring unless he is an early enrollee. He will make that 10.80 and probably better.

What football coach or scout in America cares about a football players 100M time? Seriously, that doesn't exist.

Do you know any scouts or high level football coaches? Alot of them do. It's not the end all be all like some of you are trying to perpetuate but it's certainly a factor.

Speed is a factor into any football players game rather you guys wanna admit it or not. Why do you think they run the 40 for? rather it's the 40, 100, 200 those numbers factor into a players overall game.

CIS speed-tards showing their absolute ignorance when it comes to track speed versus football speed.

I see baby Jesus running away from people all season, but he’s not fast enough, right?

Lennear can be coached to a ~ 10.6 by just improving his 100m technique, but in all reality who gives a ****.

He’s already fast enough for the football field, again speed tards - it’s called football speed. Dude is fast on the field and that’s all I care about.

Well I guess he proved he is plenty fast enough so all this “ he needs to get faster “ talk should’ve ended…

U can never have enough speed but the 10.6 range is ideal. Its early in the track season so he has plenty of time to dispell any "lack of speed" talk which was warrented when he ran that 24.6 200m or whatever bs.

LB recruit aj randles mom can beat that.

Track times depend on technique and training so much. If u running low 11s with not much track experience, u r plenty fast. Running low 11s is actually fine as a junior, it’s not blazing but we are talking about football here. Change of direction and elusiveness matter a lot more on the field than in track.
