Assume you're a good DC and Richt asks you to come to Miami now. You see a defense that's already been maxed out by Diaz on a team that's failing because of offense and the head coach refuses to do anything about it. Richt is likely to be fired if the offense isn't fixed next year, and you'll receive little to no credit if you turn in a great coaching year because it'll be almost impossible to improve on this years's defensive performance. Sound like something you'd jump at?
