I always talk to them about that. They dumb asses all wanna stick to that homeboy ****. Team wont never click like that and leadership is not anywhere near strong enough to get that right

I never know if ur being serious or not when I see ur posts. If serious that's incorrect. The coaches cant be with the team until spring. But s & c coordinates everything until then. They choose not to work out together which is something that seriously keeps the team from getting where we need to be. This falls on coaches not organizing enough group activities in offseasons. We used to do everything together or atleast as a unit. Especially bowling.
