IMO, that's a really bad sign for UVA. What type of ties do these guys have to local recruiting or culture? No more 24/25-year-old Mormon linemen to anchor the trenches, either. Doesn't say much about his ability to recruit a A-level staff. So you have a decent HC with a b/c-level staff and a diminishing level of player talent. Not a good recipe.
