Apparently starting today, there is a new Recruiting rule going into effect. Now Coaches are able to directly "like", "retweet", "Share" stuff that recruits post.
I saw that Richt and and a few other cfb coaches began retweeting a bunch of recruits who had posted their commitments, or just photos throwing up the U, etc. It's supposed to make it easier for the NCAA to enforce their rules, and allow schools to further their brand or something like that.
All I know this is about to get stupid. Soon enough we are going to hear about how some recruits feel like they don't get enough love from us because our coaches don't like enough of their tweets (even though we offer/recruit hundreds of players per year). This just seems like a easy way to get negative publicity if one coach accidentally retweets something a little innapropriate or something like that.
Anyways, get ready to see our coaches much more active, publicly at least, on Twitter, and for these recruits to be even bigger primadonna's
